Join me for 3 days of woodworking fun. Learn the principles of "Windsor Technology" while making a Windsor stool.
Learn how to split or rive usable lumber from logs. Participants will shape the parts using a drawknife, spokeshave, and a shave horse. The legs will be steam bent and set aside to dry while other parts are being made. Students will learn to carve the seat using traditional seat carving techniques. On the final day of class student will assemble the stool and we will talk about different finishing methods.
